About Darby Jones

Owner of Professional Fiduciary Services, LLC, since 2011. I am a Tampa native and graduated from the University of South Florida. I began law school at Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, and transferred to American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. receiving my J.D. in 1990.

I lived and worked in the Baltimore/ D.C. area as an estate-planning attorney and as a Trust Officer and Bank Vice President for financial institutions. I enjoy helping families and individuals solve problems and find solutions that both fit their personal needs while achieving important planning and lifestyle goals.

My 25 years of experience enable me to provide people with meaningful, authentic, and independent advice. I do not have a product to sell or any conflicting motives. Just pure and simple advice, without the sales pitch. I pride myself on identifying solutions and helping people find the right services, resources, or professionals to put a good plan in place.

I am a member of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council, the Suncoast Estate Planning Council, the Penick Elder Law Inns of Court, and a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property and Probate Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. I have held numerous positions with various charitable and educational organizations in both Florida and Maryland. I live in St. Petersburg and have two sons, Charlie a Marine Corps Officer, and Bobby a recent graduate of the University of Florida.
